§ 147.5 - Interpretation

In interpreting any provision of this Ordinance, it shall be held as the minimum requirement adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, and general welfare of the Town. Whenever any provision of this Ordinance is at variance with any other provision of the Ordinance, or with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rule or regulation, the most restrictive, or that imposing the highest standard, shall govern. [RSA 676:14]. This zoning ordinance is constructed as a permissive zoning ordinance; if a use is not identified as a permitted use or a use permitted by Special Exception in a zoning district, then the use is not permitted in that zoning district.
